AOPO, which originated as Process Technologies, Inc. (PTI) in 1968, is a wholly-owned division of Access Optics LLC. AOPO continues to advance the pace of microlithography innovation through technological leadership, leading edge processes and facilities, and commitment to full-service customer care.

We specialize in photolithographic processes and generating complex custom patterns in two and three dimensions using chromium, nickel, aluminum, copper or gold to form the image or structure.

AOPO uses wet etching, plasma etching, laser ablation, electroforming, selective deposition and shadow masking to produce the final product.

If you are interested in reticles, AOPO offers an online catalog called Reticles.us with a large selection of scales, crosshairs and microimages for calibration of optical systems and microscopes. We are adding more products all the time and pride ourselves on quality and timely delivery.
